Stay after the Utah class for an hour and receive your Oregon certificate as well as Utah. 

This 5 hour lecture class covers the necessary requirements to obtain a Utah standard permit.

Currently, 37 other states/territories have reciprocity with the Utah standard permit which allows a person at least 21 years old to carry a concealed firearm.
